Toxins are like those uninvited guests who show up at your party, break your favorite lamp, and leave without saying goodbye. They’re poisonous substances that can mess with your body’s tissues and functions if they sneak in through food, water, air, or even by touching your skin. The trouble really begins when humans become involved and start producing synthetic chemicals that sometimes behave unpredictably. Think plastics, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals—tools with good intentions but sometimes questionable results. It’s like trying to bake a cake with too many unknown ingredients. Sure, it might turn out great… or it could be a disaster. At least now you know what’s ‘supposed’ to be cooking.
